The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cross looks for a takedown but Kasserman sprawls well.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Cross closes the distance and clinches up with Kasserman, looking for a takedown. Cross pushes Kasserman against the ropes but Kasserman circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Cross manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Kasserman on his heels. He'll look to pass Kasserman's guard now, I'm sure.
Kasserman is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Cross has his foot on Kasserman's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Kasserman works his way back into a safe position though.

Cross has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Kasserman.
Kasserman throws a right and a left that Cross avoids nicely.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Cross crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Kasserman - the referee stops the clock and Cross gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Kasserman. Cross manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Kasserman buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Oooooh!!! Kasserman has knocked Cross down with a huge combo! Kasserman steps away and waves a wobbly Cross back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Kasserman drops Cross onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Cross is propped up by the ropes and works his way back to his feet!

Kasserman drops Cross with a beautiful combination! Cross stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Kasserman is looking for the KO!
Kasserman circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Cross to the canvas! Cross doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Kasserman keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
