Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Lucas Laude!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Mauricio Rocha and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laude has managed to clinch.
Reljic blocks the elbow strike.
Laude breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Reljic tries to score a power double leg takedown but Laude sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Reljic somewhat.
Reljic shoots in and drives through. Laude sprawls well.
Laude fails in his attempt to clinch.

and Reljic counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Laude's guard now.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Reljic working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Laude is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Reljic has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Laude keeping full guard, as Reljic tries to pass.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Laude is striking from the bottom but Reljic uses the opportunity to pass into half guard.

Laude is trying to stand.
Laude looks gassed!
Reljic is trying to work for a kimura but Laude is defending well.
Reljic is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Laude is just riding it out for now. Reljic eventually gives up the hold.
Reljic thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Laude's head.
Laude on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Reljic thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Laude really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Reljic. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Laude tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.

Reljic wants to work for an arm triangle but Laude is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Laude is staying active underneath Reljic, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Reljic postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Laude is trying to buck Reljic off.
Reljic wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Laude, who protects the arm well.
Reljic is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Laude is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Reljic wants to control but Laude is keeping him busy.

Laude tries to improve position but can't.
Reljic has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Laude is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Reljic yanks on the arm and Laude is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Reljic.
