The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fuente takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Diamond has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Diamond there as he acknowledges the shot.
Diamond swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Fuente displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Diamond throws out the jab.

Diamond feints with a jab and clips Fuente right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Fuente is sent crashing into the canvas and Diamond leaps in for the kill! Fuente tries to get to his feet but Diamond is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Fuente is in need of a savior and steps in!
