The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Janowicz tries to sprawl but Leblanc drives through with a takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Janowicz is trying to maintain the position but Leblanc is very close to passing his half guard.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Leblanc postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Janowicz looks a forlorn figure.

Janowicz should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
