Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Johanna Lukiainen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mamma changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. LaRusso tries to avoid it but Mamma manages to keep hold of a leg and drag LaRusso to the ground. LaRusso escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Mamma swats away the attempt to clinch by LaRusso.
An inside leg kick lands from LaRusso.
Mamma shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Mamma misses with a takedown attempt
and LaRusso counters with a good low kick that Mamma was not able to check.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Katt Mamma. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Mamma shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with LaRusso but LaRusso pushes him off and we're back to square one.

It looks like Katt Mamma has been cut.
LaRusso scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Mamma has his takedown stuffed
and LaRusso counters with a low kick, right behind Mamma 's knee.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Mamma.
A combination from LaRusso does no damage.
LaRusso keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Mamma feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Mamma wants to pass the guard but LaRusso is keeping the position.

LaRusso is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Mamma is controlling him.
Mamma has gone for a leg lock! LaRusso slips out almost immediately though and dives into Mamma's guard.
Mamma tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Mamma had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. LaRusso defends it easily.
LaRusso is looking to stand up but Mamma won't let him.

Mamma working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. LaRusso doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Mamma is tightening it up a little... LaRusso has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! LaRusso reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! LaRusso taps out! Nice BJJ there by Mamma!
