Tesla avoids the head kick by Trampling.
Trampling throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Trampling misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Trampling tries to close the distance and clinch up but Tesla swats him away and circles back towards the center.

and Tesla cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Tesla throws a low kick, looking for Trampling's leg but Trampling calmly moves out of range.
Tesla lands a nice shot that snaps Trampling's head back.

and Tesla counters with a slapping leg kick.

Trampling wants to slow Tesla down by chopping away at his legs.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Tesla lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Trampling has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Trampling and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Matt Trampling seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Tesla fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Trampling has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Tesla wants to slow Trampling down by chopping away at his legs.

and Tesla counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Tesla scores with a push kick.
Trampling wants to clinch but Tesla slips to the side
and Tesla counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Tesla throws a leg kick which misses Trampling's front leg but catches the back leg as Trampling tries to avoid it.
Trampling closes the distance looking to clinch
and Tesla cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Tesla thuds his right hand into Trampling's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Trampling takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Tesla lands a big head kick that sends Trampling to the canvas! Tesla follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!

Nikola Tesla decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
