Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 12 - 1, fighting out of London, Shady Marshall!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Tabachoy Paneda!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Colin Fotheringham and Sam Margolis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marshall tries a head kick but it misses.
A low kick from Marshall misses
and Paneda counters with a head kick.
A low kick from Marshall is predictable there

and Paneda counters with a single leg into guard. Marshall didn't expect that.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Marshall keeping moving, preventing Paneda from controlling successfully.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Paneda looking to sit in guard and control but Marshall gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Marshall controls from within his opponent's guard.
Marshall advances to half guard.
Marshall content to control rather than advance.

Paneda pushes Marshall off and gets back to his feet.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Paneda is defended easily by Marshall.
Marshall looks for the body kick but Paneda saw that one coming.
Marshall throws a right and a left that Paneda avoids nicely.
Shady Marshall is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Marshall misses with an attempted mid kick.

Marshall lands a big head kick that sends Paneda tumbling to the mat! Marshall takes a step backwards and waves Paneda back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Marshall throws a leg kick
and Paneda makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Marshall tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Paneda tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Marshall swivels and escapes.
Marshall misses with a series of wild punches.
A telegraphed right hand from Marshall misses the target.

Paneda moves into the clinch.
Marshall drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Paneda gets the underhooks and prevents it.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Marshall wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Paneda has him pressed against the cage.
Marshall tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Paneda looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Paneda changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Marshall fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Shady Marshall has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tabachoy Paneda.
Paneda looks gassed!
Marshall swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Marshall scores with a one two! Paneda had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Paneda is rocked!
Marshall is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Paneda flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Paneda is out cold! Marshall holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
