Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Drake Vonstein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bob Parker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vonstein's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Seether - Remedy. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Drake Vonstein!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bob Parker!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Alec Ball and Elvis Blanc.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parker tries to score with a low kick but Vonstein moves his leg out of the way.
Vonstein slips a jab from Parker.
Vonstein lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Parker slips a jab from Vonstein.
Vonstein takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Parker tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Parker dives in and scores a takedown into Vonstein's guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Vonstein looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Parker has picked Vonstein up and slammed him! Vonstein can't keep hold of the triangle and Parker manages to pass to side control!

Parker throws an elbow but Vonstein slips to the side and avoids it well.
Vonstein regains half guard there - taking advantage of Parker's attempt to lay and pray for a moment.
Vonstein might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Parker seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Vonstein does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Parker takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Vonstein is not content to let Parker control the position.
Vonstein works his way to full guard. Good work.
Vonstein utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Vonstein has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Parker can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Parker is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Bob Parker has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Parker lands with a straight right. Vonstein didn't see that one coming.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Parker avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Parker must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Parker slaps away a takedown attempt from Vonstein, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Parker lands a jab to the head.
Vonstein keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Parker takes a swing at Vonstein's ribcage but misses.
Vonstein looks to land a left hand but Parker moved out of range nicely.

Parker manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Vonstein on his heels. He'll look to pass Vonstein's guard now, I'm sure.
Parker won't allow Vonstein to sweep him here.

Parker tries to free his leg and advance position but Vonstein is retaining full guard.
Vonstein lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Parker!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Vonstein is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Parker can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Parker stops Vonstein from taking his back. Still, being mounted isn't any better.

Vonstein is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Parker can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Vonstein is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Parker has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Parker!

Parker postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Vonstein looks a forlorn figure.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:53 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Bob Parker!
A relieved looking Bob Parker thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
