The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fighter gets a double leg takedown into Schroeder's guard.
Schroeder is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Fighter is controlling him.
Fighter is looking to work some ground and pound but Schroeder has wrist control.
Fighter prevents Schroeder from getting back to his feet.
Fighter tries to free his leg and advance position but Schroeder is retaining full guard.
Fighter trying to control the position from guard on top but Schroeder is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Fighter trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Fighter advances position into side control!

Fighter is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Schroeder is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Fighter is trying to get an arm triangle but Schroeder is defending well.

Fighter goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Schroeder rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Fighter's guard! Nice work there by Schroeder!
Schroeder tries to stand but Fighter is controlling from the bottom.

Fighter has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Schroeder can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Schroeder has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Fighter escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Schroeder gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
