I think Filho might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Give it away. Song comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Dragonforce - Valley of the Damned kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The key to victory for Savio Filho has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A left lands for Filho.
Filho slaps away a takedown attempt from Song, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Filho connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Filho's corner calls for a 1-2. Filho obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

It looks like Kang Ho Song has been cut.
Song fails to land the takedown.
Filho displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Song.
Savio Filho has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kang Ho Song.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Jab by Filho.
Song shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Filho lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Song at a distance.
Song shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Filho as he avoids it easily.
Filho fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Song moves into range and lands a nice body kick.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Filho dodges the punch combination from Song.
Song looks gassed!
Filho gets in close and tags Song with a short punch that almost sends Song to the mat! Oh Song is in big trouble! He turns his back on Filho, trying to create some distance but Filho rushes him, striking wildly and Song goes down! The referee tackles Filho into the cage to end the fight! Filho is one violent man!
