Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andre McDaniel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergio Escudero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Andre McDaniel looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Escudero drops McDaniel with a right and a left! Escudero comes rushing in but McDaniel regains his composure and manages to keep Escudero in guard.

McDaniel is rocked!

It looks like Andre McDaniel has been cut.

McDaniel working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Escudero doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Escudero manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Oh McDaniel is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
McDaniel is breathing heavily.

Escudero really doesn't want to stay on the ground with McDaniel. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Escudero would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

McDaniel has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Escudero can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Escudero is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but McDaniel has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Escudero is looking to defend but McDaniel has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Escudero! McDaniel pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Escudero taps out and this one is all over!
