Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jason Bourne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Furious George (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bourne comes to the cage accompanied by Going Under by Evanescence. George has chosen Lamb of God - Descending as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
George is trying hard to land a takedown here. Bourne sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

George throws a right hand that Bourne ducks under and follows up with a left that Bourne also avoids with ease.

George shoots in looking for a takedown. Bourne tries to sprawl out of it but George keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bourne manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Bourne has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Bourne there as he acknowledges the shot.

Horrible takedown by George or perhaps it was just good defense by Bourne which made him look bad.

George throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bourne's waist but Bourne gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing George off to one side.
George looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
A head kick from Bourne lands but George takes it in his stride.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

George tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no George has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
