The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spataro throws a hook to the side of Begbie's head but Begbie sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Begbie scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Spataro drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Begbie has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Spataro doesn't defend quickly enough and Begbie has managed to lock this one up! Can Spataro escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Begbie on a fantastic submission victory.
