Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jake Rosholt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Cox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that David Cox was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cox with a lazy takedown attempt
and Rosholt counters with a two punch combo.
Cox throws a right and a left that both miss.
Nice uppercut there from Rosholt.
Cox drops his hands momentarily and Rosholt takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Cox misses the shot to the body.
Cox scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Rosholt doesn't seem bothered though.

Cox gets caught napping as Rosholt dives in and scores a takedown. Cox manages to retain guard.
Rosholt trying to control but Cox is working from the bottom.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Cox can do anything to dispel that myth.
Cox can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Rosholt controls the pace.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Rosholt drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Rosholt seems to have locked his on tight now - Cox screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Rosholt, as he picks up the win!
