Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Trent Strope (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abu Al Zarqawi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Strope misses with a few strikes there.
Al Zarqawi swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Al Zarqawi takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Strope throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Al Zarqawi avoids the body shot from Strope.

Strope lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Al Zarqawi misses with a hook to the body
and Strope counters with a left to the body.

Strope moves into the clinch successfully.
Al Zarqawi avoiding damage as Strope throws knees to the body.
Strope stops a takedown attempt from Al Zarqawi.
Al Zarqawi jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Strope walks away with a smile on his face. Al Zarqawi gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Strope fails to land with a series of punches.
Strope circles away from the clinch attempt.

Strope scores with a jab. Al Zarqawi acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

That has opened up Abu Al Zarqawi's cut even more.
Trent Strope is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

The cut above Abu Al Zarqawi's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Al Zarqawi takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Abu Al Zarqawi's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Strope paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Abu Al Zarqawi's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
