Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Zeh Duarte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dias Zhumashev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zeh Duarte has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Duarte looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Zhumashev wants a takedown but no success here.
Zhumashev is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Duarte fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Duarte lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Duarte keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Zhumashev's efforts to push away.
Zhumashev is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Duarte pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Zhumashev is working for takedown but Duarte is calmly controlling the position for now.
Zeh Duarte has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dias Zhumashev.

Zhumashev drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Zhumashev jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Zhumashev wants to take the fight to the mat but Duarte manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Duarte pushes off an throws an elbow but Zhumashev leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Zhumashev is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
A nice right hand lands inside from Duarte.

Duarte tries a knee to the head but Zhumashev blocks it.
Zhumashev is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Duarte gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Duarte creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Duarte doesn't manage to clinch there - Zhumashev circles away.
Zhumashev changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Duarte tries to avoid it but Zhumashev manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Duarte to the ground. Duarte escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Zhumashev has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Duarte uses from the top position.

Zhumashev is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Duarte rolls with it to try and escape but Zhumashev cranks on the arm and Duarte is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
