The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Taro Takaoka and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramirez keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Foster keeps the fight on the outside.
Ramirez misses with a few strikes there.
Oooh a lovely combination from Ramirez sends Foster down but not out. Ramirez dives into side control looking to finish.
It looks like Benjamin Foster has been cut.
Ramirez is trying to ground and pound but Foster uses the momentary lack of control by Ramirez to regain half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ramirez throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Ramirez connects with a nice short shot to Foster's temple.
Ramirez is trying to control the action in half guard but Foster is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Foster wants to get back to his feet.
Foster is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Ramirez scores with a couple of nice shots.

Foster regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Ramirez.
Foster has control of Ramirez's left arm, preventing Ramirez from doing any damage.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Ramirez postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Foster swings for the body but Ramirez moves out of range.
Foster throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Nice combo by Ramirez! Oh, that's hurt him - Foster falls to the canvas and Ramirez follows him into side control.
Foster is rocked!
Foster is breathing heavily.
Ramirez throwing shots but missing, from side control.
Oh Foster is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ramirez is putting a hurting on Foster here, landing some big shots from side control.

Foster seems to have got his legs back now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Foster parries the strikes from Ramirez easily there. Ramirez is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Foster to escape.

Ramirez fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Ramirez Rushes Foster and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Foster is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Ramirez Piles on the pressure and Foster crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
