Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Brian Stann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marek Hamsa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Brian Stann!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Marek Hamsa!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Jorge Garcia and Joseph Jones.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Stann instigates a clinch.
Hamsa is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Stann is defending well.
Stann is trying to force a seperation but Hamsa has the dominant position.
Stann wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Hamsa has him pressed against the cage.
Stann gets underhooks to prevent Hamsa's takedown attempt.

Brian Stann has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marek Hamsa.

Stann pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
A combination from Stann does no damage.
Stann takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Stann avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Hamsa closes the distance and clinches.
Stann crunches a lovely knee into Hamsa's ribcage.
Hamsa looks gassed!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hamsa tries to score a body lock takedown but Stann shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
A nice left hand lands by Stann.
Stann works on Hamsa's body with a couple of short punches.

Stann breaks the clinch.
Hamsa dodges the punch combination from Stann.
Stann misses with a jab, cross combination.
Stann jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Stann throws a head kick that misses.
Hamsa wants to clinch up but Stann keeps it at a distance.

Stann drops Hamsa with a right and a left! Stann comes rushing in but Hamsa regains his composure and manages to keep Stann in guard.

Hamsa is rocked!

It looks like Marek Hamsa has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Stann gets to his feet. Hamsa looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Hamsa is still on wobbly legs! Can Stann finish him?
Stann seems to be stalking Hamsa here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Hamsa drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
