Penguin is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Robert Litwin will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Litwin clinches.
Penguin is breathing heavily.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Litwin takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Litwin successfully pulls guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Litwin pulls Penguin in close to his closed guard and prevents Penguin from doing any damage or advancing position.
Penguin knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Litwin on the ground.
Penguin is looking to stand up but Litwin won't let him.

Penguin has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Litwin to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Penguin is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Litwin pulls down on the head and he's put Penguin to sleep! This one is all over!
