The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Atkins and William Gold.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Curik shoots and misses
and Curik takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Clark throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Curik stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Curik doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Clark counters with a left to the body.
Curik takes one to the chin there.
Clark scores with a sloppy right hand. Curik should have avoided that one.
Clark lands a two punch combo.

It looks like Miroslav Curik has been cut.
Curik takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Clark misses with a series of wild punches.

Clark scores with a sloppy right hand. Curik should have avoided that one.
Clark's corner calls for a 1-2. Clark obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Curik really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Clark swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Oooooh!!! Clark has knocked Curik down with a huge combo! Clark steps away and waves a wobbly Curik back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Curik is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Clark lands with a hook. Curik tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Oh Curik is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Donk. Clark catches Curik right on the button with a cross.
Clark throws a nice looking combination but Curik bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A jab lands there for Clark.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Clark stalks Curik and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Curik's face. Curik staggers backwards, shaken.
Clark rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Curik moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Clark swinging wildly here.
Curik tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Clark paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Curik seems to have got his legs back now.
Clark comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Curik is breathing heavily.
Clark throws a right and a left that Curik avoids nicely.
Curik tries for a takedown but Clark circles away easily
and Clark counters with a three punch combo that has Curik backing up. Curik nods at Clark to acknowledge the strikes.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Miroslav Curik. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Sloppy strikes from Clark. Those never looked like landing.
Clark pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Curik back to the cage. Clark follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Clark throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Clark is working the combinations to good effect here.
Curik showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Clark.
Clark goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Clark is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Curik had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Curik misses with a takedown attempt
and Clark counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Curik thinking.
Clark connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

Curik is looking to clinch.
Clark cracks Curik with an open hand slap.
Clark misses with a wild combination.
Clark lands the left hand.
A left lands for Clark.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Clark throws a right hand that Curik ducks under and follows up with a left that Curik also avoids with ease.
Clark shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Curik eats them both and turns towards Clark to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Clark lands a lovely overhand right.
Curik doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Clark counters with a left and a right... And another left! Curik is down! He's done! The ref dives in to save him and that's the end of the fight!
