Vamma is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Neddles's half guard.

Vamma is working for a submission of some sort.

Neddles kicks off Vamma and gets to his feet.
Neddles tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Neddles dodges the punch combination from Vamma.

and Neddles counters with a head kick that drops Vamma to the mat! Vamma scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

Spinaali Vamma seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Vamma shoots in for a takedown but Neddles shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Douglas Neddles has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Spinaali Vamma.

Neddles lands a big head kick that sends Vamma tumbling to the mat! Neddles takes a step backwards and waves Vamma back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Vamma throws a hook but Neddles avoids it easily.

Vamma leaves his chin hanging out and Neddles seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Vamma crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
