Brown comes into the arena with UGK - Murder blaring out of the sound system. Rua has chosen The Chase as his entrance music. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown misses with a wild body shot.
Brown throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Rua clobbers Brown with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Rua will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Rua scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Rua fails in his attempt to clinch.
Brown tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Rua moves in looking to clinch but Brown pushes him off.
Rua tries to clinch up.
Brown attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Brown lands with a thumping leg kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Brown moves forwards but Rua connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Rua takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Rua on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Brown. Brown obviously looking to wear him down.
Brown misses with a low kick.
Brown catches Rua with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Brown scores with a spinning back kick!
Rua throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Brown lands with a thumping leg kick.
Brown misses the shot to the body.
Rua stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Brown.
Brown jabs at Rua's body.
Rua looks gassed!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Rua checks a leg kick.
Rua is looking to clinch.
Rua gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Brown lands the left hand.

Rua forces Brown back against the cage and clinches.

Brown manages to break the clinch.
A bone on bone clash there as Brown blocks the leg kick.
Rua ducks under a wild hook from Brown.
Brown swats away the attempt to clinch by Rua.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Brown turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Rua wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Brown scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

Oooooh!!! Brown has knocked Rua down with a huge combo! Brown steps away and waves a wobbly Rua back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Rua is holding his hands too far apart here. Brown throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Rua is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!
