Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Donald Grub and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Huntington forces Stag back against the ropes and clinches.
Stag goes for a takedown attempt but Huntington pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Tatanka Stag seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Stag tries for a takedown but Huntington circles away easily
and Stag takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Huntington lands with a nice combination. Stag backs away looking to recover.
Stag fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Huntington moves into the clinch successfully.
Huntington lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Huntington has a couple of punches blocked by Stag.
Huntington is pressed up against the ropes. Stag has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Huntington down to the mat. Huntington avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

and Huntington counters with a three punch combo that has Stag backing up. Stag nods at Huntington to acknowledge the strikes.

and Huntington counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Stag has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Huntington finds it's way round the side to connect with Stag's head.

Stag has control of Huntington's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Huntington regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Huntington defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Stag.
Stag jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Huntington is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Huntington and Stag has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Stag goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Huntington rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Stag's guard! Nice work there by Huntington!

Stag isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Huntington stacks Stag on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Huntington!

Huntington avoids the attempt from Stag to control.

Huntington throws a lazy right hand but Stag sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Horrible takedown by Stag or perhaps it was just good defense by Huntington which made him look bad.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Stag throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Huntington was covering up waiting for the punch and Stag finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Stag postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Huntington is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Stag, into his guard.
