The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hammer misses with a two punch combination.
Hammer fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Durden moves into range and clinches up with Hammer.
Hammer goes for a takedown in the clinch but Durden prevents it.
Hammer jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Durden walks away with a smile on his face. Hammer gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Durden fails with the takedown.
Durden thumps Hammer with a low kick.
A jab from Durden finds it's way through Hammer's defenses.

Durden moves into the clinch successfully.
Durden lands a right hand.
Hammer is looking to take this one to the mat.
Keast Durden has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Emil Hammer.
Hammer is trying to drag Durden to the mat but Durden just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Durden breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Hammer looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Hammer throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Durden counters with a perfectly timed head kick, knocking Hammer out cold! Wow, that took some serious skill and not a little luck! Durden is taking it in his stride though, strolling around like it's no big deal. What a guy.
