The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Turton moves into the clinch.
Tebow swings wildly with an uppercut but Turton uses good head movement to avoid it.

Turton drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

That has opened up Tim Tebow's cut even more.

Turton's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Horrible takedown by Tebow or perhaps it was just good defense by Turton which made him look bad.

Turton changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Tebow looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Tebow is looking to regain half guard here but Turton keeps moving and retains side control.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Tebow is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Turton knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Tebow on the ground.
