Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jose Aldo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bogart Ang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Aldo comes into the arena with Ne-Yo feat., Pitbull, Afrojack & Nayer - Tonight blaring out of the sound system. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aldo has his takedown stuffed
and Ang counters with a nice body shot.
Aldo shoots in but Ang avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Aldo shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
enabling Ang to counter with a crisp jab.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jose Aldo. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Ang bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Ang scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Ang looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Aldo tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Ang cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

and Ang counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

and Aldo takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Ang listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Aldo has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Aldo lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ang circles away quickly and effectively.
Aldo moves to clinch but Ang breaks away
and Ang counters with a straight right hand.
Aldo gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Ang connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Aldo takes a shot right to the bread basket.
The fighters circle momentarily. Ang darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

and Ang counters by moving into the clinch.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Ang.
Aldo is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Ang is keeping busy.
Ang works on Aldo's body with a couple of short punches.
Aldo is breathing heavily.
Still in the clinch, Ang scores with a nice short uppercut.
Ang stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Ang slows down the pace here.
Ang works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
A right handed body shot lands from Ang.
Ang dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.

Good body shot from Ang.
Ang breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Ang jabs Aldo to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Ang lands a jab to the head.
Ang lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Aldo backs up against the cage.
Ang punishes Aldo's body with a nice straight punch.
Aldo misses with a takedown attempt
and Ang counters by moving into the clinch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ang scores with an uppercut up the middle.
A left hand lands to the body for Ang.
Ang lands a right hand that snaps the head of Aldo backwards.
Ang scores with a shoulder strike.
A left hand lands to the body for Ang.
Ang lands a nice shot to the body.
Ang manages to break the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Aldo shoots and misses
and Ang makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Ang ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Ang feints a jab promting Aldo to slip. Ang then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Aldo slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Ang lands a nice looking body shot.
Ang throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Aldo stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Ang lands a jab to Aldo's midsection.
Ang pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Aldo back to the cage. Ang follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Aldo is rocked!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Ang scores with a hook to the body. Aldo takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Ang scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Oh Aldo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ang ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bogart Ang dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Ang moves into range and clinches up with Aldo.
Aldo seems to have got his legs back now.
Ang pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Ang throws a right and a left that Aldo avoids nicely.
Jose Aldo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ang goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Aldo throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Ang counters with a series of strikes. Aldo will be more careful next time no doubt.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Aldo. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Ang lands a nice looking body shot.
Aldo fails with the takedown
and Ang connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Ang looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

and Ang counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Aldo throws a sloppy head kick and Ang moves out of range easily.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ang throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Aldo colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Ang as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Aldo is left battered and dazed whilst Ang and his camp cheer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:01 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bogart Ang!
