Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rusty Trombone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony English (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Trombone kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is Back in Black by AC/DC. Rusty Trombone could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Tony English's chin.

With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tony English!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trombone connects with the punch.
English throws a combination. Trombone tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Nice sprawl there from Trombone as English shoots in.
Trombone throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
English shoots for a takedown but Trombone saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
English tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Trombone swivels and escapes.
Rusty Trombone has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tony English.
English fails with an attempt to clinch.
Trombone lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

English escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Trombone gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Trombone is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

English tries to roll over but Trombone keeps him under control.

English has control of Trombone's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Trombone regains control of the situation pretty easily.

English can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Trombone is looking to escape.

English has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Trombone is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for English.
Trombone is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down English's shoulder. That is not cool.
