Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Valeri Chadov and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dela keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Dela changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Dela scores with a punch to the head.
Dela throws a right hand that KIckers ducks under and follows up with a left that KIckers also avoids with ease.
Dela ducks down and throws a hook to the body but KIckers moves away.
Dela misses with a hook.
KIckers fails to land the takedown.
Dela shoots for a double leg takedown but KIckers sprawls well. He's pushed Dela's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
KIckers misses with a head kick.
KIckers takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Dela throws a good cross that connects.
KIckers looks gassed!
KIckers tries to close the distance and clinch up but Dela swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Dela lands a straight punch to the body, keeping KIckers at a distance.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!
KIckers fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Sarge Dela has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kalle KIckers.
Dela scores with a hook to the body. KIckers takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Dela closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Dela in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.

Dela advances to mount.
KIckers is trying to get back to his feet but can't.

Dela tries to control but KIckers wriggling away.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Dela is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. KIckers can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
KIckers slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
KIckers avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Dela.
KIckers is staying active underneath Dela, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dela content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if KIckers can do anything to dispel that myth.
KIckers wants to get back to full guard.
Dela wants to control but KIckers is keeping him busy.
KIckers wants to get back to his feet.
KIckers really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dela. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
KIckers fails with the takedown
and Dela counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Dela goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
KIckers is trying desperately to land a takedown but Dela is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for KIckers.

KIckers throws a combination that misses
and Dela counters with a straight right hand.
KIckers closes the distance looking to clinch
and Dela counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Dela thuds his right hand into KIckers's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Dela throws a nice looking combination but KIckers bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Dela uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from KIckers.
Dela jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Dela lands a with a good body shot.
KIckers shoots in for a double leg but Dela sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
KIckers gets cracked there but stands up to it.
KIckers has Dela up against the cage in a clinch.
Dela tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. KIckers just stands there and leans against the cage.
A nice right hand lands inside from KIckers.
KIckers is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
KIckers unloads a knee to the mid-section. Dela lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

KIckers breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
KIckers shoots in but Dela avoids the takedown attempt easily.

and Dela counters with a huge uppercut, hook combination that drops KIckers! The ref has seen enough - he's dived in to stop the fight! Brutal strikes by Dela!
