The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Deathgrip shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Deathgrip was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Helsing is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Deathgrip will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Trapp Deathgrip overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
You can see the frustration on Helsing's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Deathgrip throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Deathgrip thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
