Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jacko Anselmo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kazushi Sakuraba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anselmo comes to the cage accompanied by Amon Amarth-DEATH IN FIRE. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kazushi Sakuraba!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Hirohito Nitta.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sakuraba shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
No luck for Sakuraba with that takedown attempt.
Sakuraba shoots in for a takedown but Anselmo shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Jacko Anselmo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kazushi Sakuraba.
Anselmo uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Sakuraba.
Sakuraba throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Sakuraba pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Sakuraba doesn't manage to clinch there - Anselmo circles away.

Sakuraba tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Anselmo paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Sakuraba throws a head kick but Anselmo moves out of range.

Sakuraba fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Anselmo sprawls well initially but Sakuraba persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Sakuraba wants to work for an arm triangle but Anselmo is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Sakuraba thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Anselmo's head.

Anselmo tries to get to full guard but Sakuraba has control of the leg.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Sakuraba has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Anselmo defend it? Sakuraba steps over the head and cranks it - Anselmo is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Sakuraba!
