Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Eric Draven (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryne McLane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McLane has chosen Protect Ya Neck as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Draven misses with an attempted mid kick.
Sloppy strikes from Draven. Those never looked like landing.
McLane fails with the takedown
and Draven counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
McLane misses with a two punch combination.
McLane shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Draven but Draven pushes him off and we're back to square one.
McLane doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Draven counters with a straight right hand.
Eric Draven has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ryne McLane.
Draven misses with a two punch combination.
Draven has McLane up against the ropes in a clinch.
McLane is trying to break free.
Draven tries to break free but McLane pushes him back against the ropes.
Draven breaks the clinch.
Draven clinches up against the ropes.
Draven is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.

Draven works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
McLane is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Draven frees his head nicely. Oh but McLane has switched to an armbar! Draven is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
