The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Win swings for the body but Yip Man moves out of range.
Win takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Win connects with a body shot that sends Yip Man's belly button to the back.
Yip Man throws a hook but Win blocks it.
Yip Man misses the jab.
Yip Man throws a low kick, looking for Win's leg but Win calmly moves out of range.
Yip Man swings widly with a right hand
and Yip Man takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Yip Man misses with a lunging right hand
and Win connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Win misses with a jab, cross combination.
Win cracks Yip Man with an open hand slap.
Yip Man misses with a right hand
and Win counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Win really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Yip Man fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Win is out of range.

Win throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Built Win is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Win will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Yip Man will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Grand Master Yip Man seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Yip Man, right into the meat.

Yip Man has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Yip Man there as he acknowledges the shot.

Win scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Yip Man shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Win defends it nicely.
Win has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Yip Man.

Win throws a shot from downtown. Yip Man moves away and avoids it.
Win misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Yip Man.
Yip Man fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Win manages to avoid it.
Yip Man throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Win.

Yip Man shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Win napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Yip Man has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Win is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Yip Man yanks on the arm and Win is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Yip Man.
