Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rocky Balboa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aloe Vera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vera comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Remember my NAME! kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Aloe Vera!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Wesley Smith and Alan Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vera lands a jab to Balboa's midsection.
Vera misses the shot to the body.

Balboa on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Vera looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Balboa is fending him off so far but Vera persists. Nope, Balboa circles away and we're back to standing.
Balboa fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Vera manages to avoid it.

and Vera counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Balboa lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Balboa shoots in looking for a takedown. Vera tries to sprawl out of it but Balboa keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Vera manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Vera jumps guard but Balboa stands there with Vera around his waist. Vera gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Balboa comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Vera can't get the takedown.
Vera throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Balboas head.
Vera tries to break the clinch but Balboa is controlling the position.
Vera jumps guard but Balboa turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Balboa is pressed up against the cage. Vera has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Balboa down to the mat. Balboa avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Vera throws a lazy right hand but Balboa sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Rocky Balboa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Balboa wants to sweep here but Vera controlling him for the moment.

Rocky Balboa has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Vera moves out of range of the leg kick from Balboa.
Balboa takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Balboa looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Balboa throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Balboa is looking to chop away at Vera's legs.
Vera tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Balboa was well out of range. Poor timing from Vera.

Balboa connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

That was a close round but I would say that Rocky Balboa will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Balboa tightens his grip and picks Vera up, before dumping him to the ground. Vera manages to land in guard.

Balboa decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Vera, up you get!

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Balboa gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Vera is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Balboa can't fight it off and eventually Vera manages to take the fight to the floor. Balboa looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Balboa is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Balboa lands a nice short elbow.

Balboa seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Vera is staying active underneath Balboa, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Vera is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Balboa pulls his head out easily.
Balboa looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Balboa is looking to control Vera's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Balboa avoid being mounted?

Vera looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Rocky Balboa.
Well Balboa has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
