The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boxer throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Yager shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Boxer pinned against the cage. Boxer gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Yager shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Boxer is trying to defend but Yager finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
