The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Honnam lands with a thumping leg kick.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Best.
Honnam fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Best looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Honnam sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Randy Best will probably get the nod.
That's time! Best's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Honnam lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

Honnam uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Best.

Honnam throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Best throws a right hand that Honnam ducks under and follows up with a left that Honnam also avoids with ease.
Honnam checks a leg kick.
Best is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Best sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Honnam buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Honnam lands a big head kick that sends Best tumbling to the mat! Honnam takes a step backwards and waves Best back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Best is rocked!
Good leg kick by Honnam there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Oh Best is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
