The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matmat feints and then cracks Experiment II's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Experiment II down.
No joy there for Experiment II, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Experiment II ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Matmat moves away.
Experiment II walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Matmat checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Matmat dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Experiment II. That did some damage!
Brazilian Experiment II seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Experiment II throws a right and a left that Matmat avoids nicely.
Experiment II throws a lazy right hand but Matmat sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
