The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dabrowski keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Dabrowski shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Xanther Xaimoungkhoun is trying to defend but Dabrowski finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Dabrowski connects with a nice short shot to Xanther Xaimoungkhoun's temple.

Xanther Xaimoungkhoun has his foot on Dabrowski's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Dabrowski works his way back into a safe position though.

Xanther Xaimoungkhoun has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Dabrowski should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Xanther Xaimoungkhoun has tightened it up now! Dabrowski should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!

A determined Xavier Xanther Xaimoungkhoun didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
