Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Karinoko Shikaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrew Sanders (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Karinoko Shikaka!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Andrew Sanders!
The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shikaka's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Sanders connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Shikaka scrambles back to his feet.
Shikaka looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Shikaka moves out of range as Sanders throws a body kick.
Shikaka tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Shikaka swats away the attempt to clinch by Sanders.
Sanders throws a head kick that misses.
Sanders fails with an attempt to clinch.
Sanders misses with a double jab.

Sanders closes the distance and pushes Shikaka back into the ropes.
Shikaka wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Shikaka trying to stall but Sanders improves his position.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Sanders.
Sanders misses with an elbow over the top.

Sanders escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Some bone on bone action there as Shikaka checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Sanders goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Shikaka fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Sanders forces Shikaka back against the ropes and clinches.
Still in the clinch, Sanders scores with a nice short uppercut.
Sanders wants to break free but Shikaka has control.

Sanders pushes Shikaka up against the ropes in a clinch.
Sanders misses with a punch on the inside.
Shikaka tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Sanders smiles and moves away.
Sloppy strikes from Sanders. Those never looked like landing.

Shikaka avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Andrew Sanders seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Sanders pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Shikaka back to the ropes. Sanders follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Sanders throws a body kick that misses.
Sanders tries to clinch but Shikaka moves out of range.

Shikaka swats away the attempt to clinch by Sanders.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Shikaka keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Sanders's efforts to push away.

Sanders escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Sanders tries to close the distance and clinch but Shikaka swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Sanders misses with a two punch combination.

Shikaka shoots in for a takedown but Sanders shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Karinoko Shikaka. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sanders pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Sanders tries a head kick but it misses.

Sanders takes the fight into the clinch.

Sanders's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Sanders wants to clinch up but Shikaka keeps it at a distance.

Sanders closes the distance and clinches.
Shikaka prevents a body shot from Sanders.
Sanders throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Sanders creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Sanders works on Shikaka's body with a couple of short punches.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Shikaka.
Sanders lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!

Sanders manages to break the clinch.
Sanders wants to clinch.
Sanders tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Sanders connects with the punch.
Sanders doesn't manage to clinch there - Shikaka circles away.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Sanders has managed to clinch.
Sanders misses with the head strike.
Shikaka blocking some punches.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Sanders throws a punch but it's blocked by Shikaka.
Shikaka blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Sanders manages to break the clinch.
Sanders throws a head kick that misses.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Andrew Sanders dominated that round.
That's time! Shikaka's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Sanders lands an elbow inside that Shikaka shrugs off.
Sanders fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

Sanders with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

Shikaka changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Sanders fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Sanders looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Sanders lands a left and a right that send Shikaka crashing to the mat, dazed. Sanders thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!


Shikaka is rocked!


It looks like Karinoko Shikaka has been cut.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Sanders closes the distance and clinches.
Oh Shikaka is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sanders lands an elbow that stopped Shikaka in his tracks for a moment.
Sanders has Shikaka pressed up against the ropes in a tight Thai clinch. Shikaka is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Sanders - that's hurt Shikaka badly! Oh, another knee lands and Shikaka is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Shikaka doesn't seem to be complaining.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:15 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knees). Andrew Sanders!
