Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jude Hazel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Sinclair (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jude Hazel could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Adam Sinclair's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Adam Sinclair!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Paulsen Ambrosius and Daniel Blasius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hazel has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Hazel uses his free foot to push down on Sinclair's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Sinclair.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Hazel shoots in and drives through. Sinclair sprawls well.

Sinclair throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hazel's waist but Hazel gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sinclair off to one side.

and Hazel counters with a nice double leg into side control. Sinclair won't be happy with that.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Sinclair can do anything to dispel that myth.

Hazel is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Sinclair to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Sinclair shrugs it off.

Hazel takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Sinclair cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jude Hazel.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Hazel, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
