Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ripper Kiljoy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joseph Dumpleton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ripper Kiljoy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Joseph Dumpleton!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Dean Styles and David Schapiro.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kiljoy misses the jab.

Dumpleton is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Kiljoy scores with a couple of nice shots.

Dumpleton has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kiljoy can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Dumpleton working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Kiljoy doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Kiljoy manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Dumpleton is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Kiljoy is aware though and is defending well.

Dumpleton has his foot on Kiljoy's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Kiljoy works his way back into a safe position though.

Dumpleton working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Kiljoy doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Kiljoy manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Kiljoy's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Dumpleton is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Kiljoy defends well.

Kiljoy will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Dumpleton is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Kiljoy postures up in Dumpleton's guard and throws a big left but Dumpleton blocks it.
Dumpleton can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Kiljoy controls the pace.

Kiljoy avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Ripper Kiljoy just wasn't active enough.
No luck for Dumpleton with that takedown attempt.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Kiljoy drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Joseph Dumpleton will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.



Kiljoy forces Dumpleton back against the cage and clinches.

Kiljoy pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Kiljoy goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

Dumpleton trying to keep a closed guard but Kiljoy is proving a slippery customer.
Kiljoy wants to control from the top but Dumpleton keeps moving.
Dumpleton manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Kiljoy manages to get himself to full guard.
Dumpleton passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Kiljoy prevents Dumpleton from moving into mount.

Dumpleton is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Kiljoy is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Kiljoy wants to control but Dumpleton postures up.

Dumpleton looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Dumpleton has hold of Kiljoy's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Kiljoy tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Dumpleton cranks the arm and Kiljoy screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Kiljoy, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:01 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Joseph Dumpleton!
