The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wendigo is looking to clinch.
Wendigo walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Bryde throws a head kick that misses.
Wendigo walks into a left hand.

It looks like Atchen Bryde has been cut.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Wendigo is defended easily by Bryde.
Bryde misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bryde throws a push kick but Wendigo slaps the foot to one side.
The fight stays on the outside here - Bryde looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Bryde throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Wendigo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bryde moves away.
Wendigo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Bryde attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Wendigo throws a nice head kick!
Some wild striking there from Bryde.
A decent looking cross lands there for Bryde.
Wendigo tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bryde paws at him with a jab and circles away.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A nice inside leg kick there by Wendigo. That's going to slow Bryde down.
Wendigo lands a jab to the nose.
Bryde is looking to clinch.
Wendigo showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Bryde.

Wendigo closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Wendigo jumps guard but Bryde stands there with Wendigo around his waist. Wendigo gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Wendigo pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Wendigo lunges at Bryde with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Bryde's hand.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bryde throws a nice looking combination but Wendigo bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Wendigo lands an overhand right.

That has opened up Atchen Bryde's cut even more.
Bryde swats away the attempt to clinch by Wendigo.
Wendigo moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Bryde looks gassed!
Wendigo scores with a jab to the head.
Wendigo lands a big right hook! Bryde looks hurt but is still standing! Wendigo lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Bryde falls down and Wendigo dives in with a huge hammer fist! Bryde's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Wendigo runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
