Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brock Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Goro Daimon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Goro Daimon!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Shirou Masuda and Sosuke Kotani.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lesnar shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Daimon blocking the ground and pound.

Lesnar has hold of Daimon's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Daimon manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Lesnar is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Daimon is surviving well by controlling Lesnar 's body position as best he can.

Lesnar is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Daimon can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Daimon can do anything to dispel that myth.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Brock Lesnar .
Well Lesnar has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
