Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cypress Cassidy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cung Youlee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cassidy comes to the cage accompanied by C.$krilla ft. AEV & DVD - Streets. Cung Youlee has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
18 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Cypress Cassidy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Cung Youlee!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Youlee tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Cassidy throws a right hand that Youlee ducks under and follows up with a left that Youlee also avoids with ease.
Cassidy cracks the inside of Youlee's front leg.
Cypress Cassidy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Youlee catches Cassidy with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Cassidy feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Youlee's calf.
Youlee thows a left - swing and a miss!
Cassidy feints and then cracks Youlee's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Youlee down.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Cassidy.
Cassidy thuds a left hand into Youlee's body.
Youlee lands a slapping body shot.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Youlee scores with a jab. Cassidy acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Cassidy dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Youlee slaps away a takedown attempt from Cassidy, before circling back to the center of the mat.
No joy there for Youlee, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Cassidy looks to land a combination but Youlee avoids it well.
Cassidy fakes the leg kick and cracks Youlee in the body.
Youlee looks gassed!
Cassidy throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Youlee stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Cassidy fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Youlee has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Cassidy lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Cassidy connects with a crisp jab.
Cassidy closes the distance and lands a one-two.
It looks like Cung Youlee has been cut.
Cung Youlee is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Youlee crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Cassidy - the referee stops the clock and Youlee gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Cassidy. Youlee manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Cassidy lands a jab to Youlee's midsection.
A slapping leg kick lands for Cassidy.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Cassidy lands a left and a right that sends Youlee crashing to the canvas! Cassidy dives into mount looking to finish!
Cassidy moves to the back.
Youlee is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Cassidy off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted.
Cassidy working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Youlee is doing well to defend. Cassidy seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Youlee is forced to tap and this one is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Cypress Cassidy!
