Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jake LaMotta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Junichi Emmeraldo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). LaMotta comes to the cage accompanied by Cavalleria Rusticana: Intermezzo. Emmeraldo comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Mystic Forces kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Emmeraldo is trying hard to land a takedown here. LaMotta sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
LaMotta avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Emmeraldo shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

LaMotta closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Emmeraldo to the mat! Emmeraldo manages to get full guard.

Emmeraldo has his foot on LaMotta's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. LaMotta works his way back into a safe position though.
