Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Max Imum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Male Nurse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Imum comes to the cage accompanied by Candy Paint - Ken Tuck. Nurse has chosen Smoke Serpent - Jiu Jitsu as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Anni Minnemäki and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Imum lands with an overhand left.
Imum takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Imum tries to move into range but Nurse moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Nurse thows a body shot but no joy.
Nurse scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Imum takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Imum plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Imum tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Imum throws a hook but Nurse avoids it easily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Nurse stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Imum shoots in looking for a takedown. Nurse tries to sprawl out of it but Imum keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Nurse manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Nurse moves out of range as Imum throws a body kick.
Max Imum seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Imum postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Nurse looks a forlorn figure.

Male Nurse seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Imum fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Nurse looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

and Imum counters with a low kick, right behind Nurse 's knee.
Nurse shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Imum's guard.
Imum manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Nurse manages to get himself to full guard.
Imum looking to sit in guard and control but Nurse gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Nurse takes one to the chin there.
Imum throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Imum wants to clinch.
Imum tries to close the distance and clinch but Nurse swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Well Imum has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
