The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henderson lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Henderson.
Silva steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Henderson. That one must have hurt.

Silva throws a lazy right hand but Henderson sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Diego Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Henderson counters with a low kick, right behind Silva 's knee.

Henderson cracks Silva with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Silva bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Silva bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Henderson's head.

Silva seems to have recovered his senses.

and Henderson counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Silva loads up on a big right hand but Henderson slips the punch.
The fighters circling - Silva throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Silva takes a kick to the side of the head.
Henderson misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Silva might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

and Henderson counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.

Henderson uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Silva.

Henderson lands a brutal head kick. Silva looks out on his feet and Henderson throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
