Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kwan Cyo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Suhail Sherman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sherman has chosen Enter Sandman-Metallica as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sherman shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Cyo shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Cyo was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Cyo closes the distance and pushes Sherman back into the cage.
Cyo jumps guard but Sherman stands there with Cyo around his waist. Cyo gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Sherman has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Cyo has Sherman pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Cyo pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Sherman tumbling to the mat - Cyo dives into Sherman's guard.
Sherman wants to sweep here but Cyo controlling him for the moment.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Sherman looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Cyo! Submission of the night perhaps?
