PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nefertum Imhotep (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ghetto Zombie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zombie has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Ghetto Zombie has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Imhotep tries to clinch but Zombie moves out of range.

Imhotep drives through and clinches with Zombie against the cage.
Imhotep is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Zombie is defending well.
Imhotep comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

It looks like Ghetto Zombie has been cut.
Zombie is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

Still in the clinch, Imhotep scores with a nice short uppercut.

Imhotep has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Zombie uses from the top position.

Imhotep bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Zombie's guard.
