Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Artur Grygiel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Theodor Maresio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Grygiel might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Soobota- Za damski h.... Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Artur Grygiel!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Theodor Maresio!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Paul Aken and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grygiel gets caught napping as Maresio dives in and scores a takedown. Grygiel manages to retain guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Grygiel is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Maresio is controlling him.
Maresio throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Grygiel works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Grygiel manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Poor strikes thrown by Grygiel there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Grygiel fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Maresio is still in real trouble! Can Grygiel finish him?
Maresio is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Maresio seems to have recovered his senses.
The referee warns Maresio that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Grygiel postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Maresio badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Grygiel around the waist but Grygiel pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Grygiel is the winner by TKO! Grygiel jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Artur Grygiel!
Our winner, Artur Grygiel, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
