The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
LEFT HOOKS throws a sloppy head kick and Workman moves out of range easily.
Workman throws a body punch but LEFT HOOKS moves out of range.
Workman lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
A punch lands to the side of LEFT HOOKS 's head but he takes it in his stride.
LEFT HOOKS swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Vinson Workman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Workman throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck LEFT HOOKS on the side of the head.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Workman crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from LEFT HOOKS - the referee stops the clock and Workman gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says LEFT HOOKS. Workman manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Vinson Workman comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Workman has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

After the fight, Vinson Workman was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
